European Law

European law plays a significant role in almost all areas of law. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of European law is central to many cases.
As University Assistant in the European law department at the University of Salzburg, I was able to gain a comprehensive knowledge of European law, for instance in the areas of state aid law, merger control, common market freedoms, formal European law, fundamental rights etc.
I have published a number of scientific articles and have given several lectures in this area.
